Carousels and Glitter was born from a lifelong love of whimsy, artistry, carousels and celebration. What started out as a Carousel themed party decorator, founder, Jackie Graham envisioned a place where fairytales and carousels meet the elegance of unforgettable events. From hand-painted carousel horses to enchanting décor, every detail is designed to spark joy and wonder.
What began as a creative dream has blossomed into a landmark venue in Little Rock—welcoming princess parties, showers, birthdays, and even magical mini weddings.
